Gala Travels is a family owned and operated travel agency/consolidator. We have
been serving the Canadian travel industry since 1979. Our affiliations include IATA
(International Air Transportation Association), BBB (Better Business Bureau), ACTA
(Association of Canadian Travel Agents), and TICO (Travel Industry Council of
Ontario). Our reputation stands without a blemish amongst the Canadian Travel
Community as a whole. In fact, we hold an A+ rating with the BBB.

How Are Our Airfares So Cheap?

Essentially, we started operations as a consolidator. What this means as that Gala Travels
has been selected by over 50 of the World’s leading Airlines as an appointed agent. This
gives us the right to re sell our airfares to Travel Agents and retail travel websites alike.
Having such contracts gives you, our client the raw advantage of receiving airfares at
rock bottom levels. We are so convinced that our international airfares are the best, we
back them with our lowest airfare guarantee.

Location and Licensing

Our Call Centre is staffed with over 30 fully trained and experienced travel specialists
ready to assist you. If you are uneasy booking online, we would be glad to speak with
you and do it over the phone. You are also welcome to come in and pay us a visit
in person. We are located in Toronto, Ontario, which has the highest level of travel
legislation and regulation in the world. Therefore, your funds are protected through the
Travel Industry Compensation Fund when you purchase from us, even if you are not a

We are located at 3330 Pharmacy Ave, Ste 204, in Toronto, Ontario. Our office hours are
Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 11AM-4PM.
